Moved house yesterday with same sky internet box but new leads. Activation day yesterday as well, got the text the WiFi should be working and set the box up as instructed but only the power and wifi green lights came on, not the internet so no devices have internet despite being connected. Tried running the online WiFi tests but the sky app says it's fine. Engineer who sorted out the sky tv said there's nothing wrong with the internet equipment set up. Tried calling sky and got diverted back to the online tests.
Any other suggestions for how to get the internet to work?

I've tried to reboot the router numerous times. I've tried all the different leads in case there was a weird set up issue.
I can connect to the WiFi and then it runs though a connection diagnostics screen saying there's something wrong with the set up but it does this regardless of which way it's set up.

That suggests a failed remote activation, so you'll need to log a fault with Sky for investigation by Openreach.

Do you have any tips on logging a fault with sky or talking to a person? I've tried calling a few times and just get diverted back to the app. The app then diverts me to the same number again or to the community chat

Typically you'd need to stay on the line and not accept any prompts to be diverted.
