Broadband goes off every night

My broadband goes off in the early hours every night. I have read on here about the eco mode on the TV box and so I have changed this to turn it off. The same still happened last night. This is really frustrating as all my security and garden lights connect via the WiFi and so stop working at these times (when you need it most).

Is there a eco mode on the WiFi hub too?

@Heather132 there is no eco mode on the Sky hub but if you have multiple Sky Q boxes, including any Q Minis, you need to.set the Standby mode on each box from Eco to Active or None as otherwise Wifi devices close to them will lose connection from 2.30 to 5.45am.

@Chrisee Thank you for your reply. I only have 1 Sky Q box so not sure why it is still doing it. I changed the setting to none yesterday but it still did it last night.

@Heather132 in thst case it could be some other issue. Occasional loss of connection in the early morning hours can be down to maintenance but that will last for a few nights or a week or somthen stop, if you post your Hub's stats it should be possible to see if the connection dropped last night see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

@Heather132 your hub restarted some 2 hours before you took those stats so doesnt show us much beyond thst fact ubfortunately.

@Chrisee That's probably my fault as I reset it this morning just in case it needed to reset after changing the settings on my Sky Q box. I was exploring every option. 

I will try it again tomorrow if I have the same problem tonight. Thank you for your help.
