Been waiting the 2 weeks for my activation date and it was all perfectly timed for the masters starting on Thursday. Still no update on the delivery of my hub, just says 'coming soon' under expected delivery date, the broadband goes live tomorrow.
As a new customer it's not the best of starts I must say

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Charliej1508 if tge hub hasn't arrived by tomorrow call Skybthey normally will overnight one to you. There are a number of reports which implies there is a glitch somewhere.
