Hi,
My Sky Broadband has started to keep disconnecting when I check the router it has and orange light on it. Looking at my router stats its looks like WAN is the issue as the other stay connected, do you know how I go about getting this resolved, I have Broadband Boost on my account as well.
Thanks in advance.

How many times a day do you notice the internet light turn amber

Recently around 6-8 times a day. Used to be really stable.

The requirement to be treated as a line fault would be 10 or more times in a 24 hour period. If you think think has been exceeded call sky on 150 from your sky landline or
