Broadband fitted today

I was meant to have sky broadband fitted in my new house today I had a message to say it hasn't been competed and I need to contact my provider.

You could ring Sky for an update. They may now have an update from Openreach. In case you aren’t aware, you aren’t talking to Sky on here as this is primarily a customer helps customer forum and there will be no automatic contact from Sky as a result of your post on here.

@NWOwen  I take it that provider would be Sky, did you it give you a number to call in the information that you had to call for an update?
