Broadband fibre upgrade scheduled for Monday 19th Feb didn't happen. Engineer didn't show.

Please advise available installation dates.

@LeeMell49  Is there any further information in track orders in my account? If there is no information then you will have to call in to find out when they can give you a new date and to why the engineer did not attend.

 

Also, this is only the 14th today that you posted on?

@LeeMell49 If the appointment was scheduled for the 19th then that's not till next week.
