Broadband fault in Dublin

Exterior line fault in Dublin specifically Lucan. Anyone else having this issue? Sky is apparently sending out n engineer but it will take 5 working days seemingly.

Same issue in Clondalkin, Sky agent told me twice that outage would be sorted by 7pm both on Sunday 8th and now Monday 9th. Absolute shocking service from them and lack of information is appalling
