Broadband fails most nights

Ever since I canceled the £5 sky broadband checker, which you get nothing for, my broadband goes down between 10.30pm and midnight and if we notice we need to reset?

@Ron12345678 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

 

Can you run this the next time it happens before you reset the router.
