Broadband drops out

My broadband drops out every evening, fine during the day but goes off at least 6/7 times a night, I've got a new hub but still does it any ideas?

@Winniecrack Can you say if anything that you see from the link is true!

This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!
