Hi, I had the same issue when I switched from a Sky router to the new one.
It went on for about a week... my connection would always cut out at 2 a.m. and wouldn’t come back until the morning. The app never showed any problems, so I assumed it might be maintenance, but it still wouldn’t reconnect on its own. I had to reset the router every time. I even thought it might be a security setting, but everything was set up correctly.
If you haven’t tried this: when I swapped routers, I kept using the old grey cable instead of the new black one that came in the box because they looked the same. I eventually decided to try changing it over.
I still had the issue that evening, but ever since switching the cable, it’s been working perfectly. No dropouts at all, and that was a few months ago.
Sounds silly, but that ended up fixing it for me
