Broadband drops during downloads

I have a reproducable issue with my sky fibre broadband. I am on the one gig package. 

When large downloads are kicked off, like a PlayStation game download, the Internet connection drops. 

Modem changes to just power light, Internet and WiFi goes dark. 

After a few minutes, the Internet light will go orange, and the WiFi light green. Few minutes later the Internet light will then go green.
