Broadband dropping out

My router is continually dropping in and out. I have to resign in - sometimes it works straight away , at other times I just have tovwait a minute or so and it comes back on. However this has been going on for over a week and it is annoying as anything I'm watching through the Internet or stuff on my phone keeps dropping. Help please.

I work from home and recently the broadband is dropping out on more regularly. It's a bit suspicious as this only happens since I renewed my contract and removed things like Netflix and TV hd. If this carries on I take my broadband elsewhere.
