Broadband dropping in and out

Internet been dropping in and out for the past 3 weeks 

not getting any better

Yeah I've contacted sky multiple times just to do a check on my lines and say everything is working fine with no issues 

basically not caring

No I haven't resolved the issue and it's beginning to really annoy me. 10 times it's gone off today alone. I've rung sky emailed them etc but get no help

What I have is my internet keeps going down and coming back up again. Keeps doing this a number of times a day 

I've done everything sky asked me to do but hasn't stopped it happening 

been going on for weeks
