For a few months my router has dropped out maybe once a week, this week has been 3 times and I have had to switch the router off/on to reset (mainly first thing in the morning] Also I can watch Sky Q downstairs of an evening, switch box off, go upstairs to watch mini box and it says there is no tv connection and I need to switch off/on. However this is less often than broadband router problem. Anyone else having the same problem. I didn't have this much problem before I renewed my Contract in the summer 😩

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

That figures. We never had so many problems before Sky renewed our contract... put the orice up 30% and didn't even tell us. Broadband trips off at least every week and it's a pain in the backside.
