It appears that my broadband drops out quite regularly at the moment and in turn this causes problems with my hose phone. The drop outs cause phone calls to end abruptly which is annoying and inconvenient to say the least. I have recently changed my broadband and phones from BT to Sky to take advantage of better TV subscription deals, so I am now thinking that this was not a wise move and should I resume my services with BT where I had no such issues
