broadband down again I can't stream sky TV what a joke. Have to wait 2 days for an engineer to fix it will be swapping providers nothing g but problem and issues.

@Meme67 if you swap to any other ISP using the Openreach network you will face the same delay if there is a fault - the 2 working days is Openreach's lead time for Domestic Lines not Sky's.

If you need a faster response you can buy a business line but be prepared for a higher bill.
