Broadband down or is there just a cable problem from my end.

My broadband hasn't  been working all day. I don't know if it's some loose cable at my end (house) or broadband is down around my area. I looked on sky service status i get a outage description from Martin McFly from the future.

@boo1232If Sky are aware of the outage then that will be up to Openreach to fix. You can get updates if you run the broadband test via the Sky app. If you have not got that installed then come back let us know and we can give you a link to it.

Just doing a reboot/rest on the sky Q broadband just got a solid orange Internet connection. The two opposite are both green. Sky app showed me sky talk or broadband could be down click more for information. This is what it read outage on June 21 2022. Like in my first post photo. Cheers

I even tried my Openreach modem with Asus router. I get all three lights green DSL on modem all good. . On my Asus router the red light indicates no Internet as well.. This photo from sky just now with no running Internet

Just being in my neighborhood watch website everyone is saying there broadband is down. Thank god for that i thought I did something to it. Thank you for all your help. Cheers
