Broadband down most of the last week
I'm fed up with Sky broadband crashing. Says there are no know. Issues but clearly there are. I'm losing valuable work time and it's not just today. How can we have such rubbish connection in 2024.

Re: Broadband down most of the last week
Is your broadband still down now?
How long & when was it down previously?
Do any lights change on the front of your hub?

Re: Broadband down most of the last week
It dips all the time especially in the morning. Lights are constantly flashing on and off. I'm leaving Sky because it's not just today. For the price we pay it's a joke. I have three Huns on different floors also to make it stronger. No sense. They just want our money

I'd observe that in those circumstances the WiFi provided by any ISP is likely to struggle: all are regulated for a maximum power output from any individual wireless router or booster.
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
