Hi.
There appears to be an issue with broadband in my local area. Sky are aware but are claiming it could take a few days to fix! Are these standard times? I work from home so this is problematic!

Better SLA's are available with business broadband - the price of which does reflect the service levels though.
Do you have a back-up by way of a Mi-Fi device or a local coffee shop you can use?
