Hi
our internet has been down for 5 hours we have tried all the help and advice offered, anyone have any advice this happened a few weeks ago and magically fixed its self over night last time xx

Yes, I have checked this and it keeps saying they can not see our hub. Been through all the help checks on skys let's fix it. We have not moved the hub or touched it, at home and it just stopped working. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
