Broadband down After storm 24 jan

Tried all the tests. Checked all the cables.
is it down because of storm?
or is it turned off by sky because my package needs to be renewed?

surely we would get a warning?

Thanks

@Debra1 Sky only turn off services if the account is in arrears as when the fixed contract period ends the service.switches to a rolling monthly basis. Therefore like a fair few other people your service is probably down due to the storm. Given the disruption things are not working normally so it is worth using the online systems so log into the My Sky app over a mobile cinnection and go to the Service Check as thst will tell you if Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line.If it does you have to wait until the issue is fixed.

If the app doesnt tell you Sky are aware of your issue then try to call them to report the service loss.  That is not going to be easy as you will be far from the only caller.and 2 of Sky's main call centers are near Edinburgh were not operating fully yesterday.. Openreach will also inevitably be very busy so it maybe sometime before they can fix your line.

Please provide the number!
the sky broadband number is highly elusive. There are dozens of posts stating the same. Please don't tell me to click on a flag or anything because that's not working. Please simply give the relevant broadband is down phone number to call from Ireland. Thanks

@Debra1

The forum does not allow the posting of phone numbers apart from 150, however… as you mention Ireland the Sky Ireland Customer Services is closed at weekends.
