If you "run tests" from your my sky app using 4g/5g mobile data you should be able to book an engineer if an external fault is found

Same. Sky support say it is an issue at our property , but cannot get an engineer out until Monday.
I am not convinced though as I have spoken to someone the other side of town on a different exchange (Torquay) and their broadband is also with Sky and not working.

I'm also in Torquay and the internet is down. Router showing an 'amber' light. I was told the same thing by Sky (the fault is at my property) but i doubted that as it was working perfectly fine at 6am, then suddenly went off at 7am. I see you are all in Torquay also so that confirms the issue is a Sky one not one at our properties. Showing on DevonLive also Sky broadband down live as WiFi fault hits homes around UK including Devon - Devon Live
