Broadband delievry to a new address

I am moving to a new house in a different area. Sky says connection will be activated on 21st Aug and hub will be delivered 3 days before. we are moving to the new house on 20th Aug afternoon. Are there any other options to take delivery? Can I get it delivered to current address? Can I collect it myself from some location?

Once it shows as despatched on your mysky app you will get a royal mail tracking number at this stage go to the royak mail tracking website .  You should then be able to request delivery to a trusted neighbour with the same post code or collect from the post office
