Broadband deal

I'm currently paying £34 per month for 150mb broadband. New customers are being offered £24 per month for the same speed. If I go on the My Sky app and navigate to 'existing customer deals' I'm given an option of £26 per month but in the small print it says ' for new broadband customers only.' Why am I being shown this deal if I can't choose it? I've been with Sky for nearly 30 years and yet I'm not being offered any competitive deals compared to new customers. Please can a Sky agent look in to this please?

@Golf143  No one from Sky can look into this as no one even Sky can know who you are from your community login.

If you want a new deal you will need to call.

When you joined Sky you would have been given your new customer deal, like all other providers who do this.

If Sky can't give you a deal you can accept then you need to shop around.

Better discounts are offered to new customers as an incentive for them to join.

If you choose to jump ship and go with another provider then in 18/24 months you'll be in the same position with that provider and if you want you'll be able to return to Sky as a new customer and gain the benefits at that time.
