Broadband cutting out or slow

 hello all!

I've been having issues for a while now with my wifi, you either can't connect or it's super slow, the main hub is in the living room and an extender down the hall, (I live in a gf flat) walls are really thick, the extender tends to have the amber light on a lot and the kids can't get wifi in thier rooms, I looked through the forum and someone suggested posting the status connection. So here is mine, any help would be greatly appreciated!

@Rjlucky87  Looking at your stats that you had a drop in the connection 16 minutes before you had taken that screenshot. Are these drops happening frequently?

Yeah they happen alot, so before I screen shot, everyone's wifi went down, even tho all the green lights are showing on the main hub

@Rjlucky87  This is your broadband going down and not your Wi-Fi. If you are seeing this happen a good number of times a day it might be a good idea to give Sky a call and see if they can monitor the drops that are happening on a regular basis if they can't see this from their own testing.
