Hello, over the last two our service has been very unreliable. My family complain of websites not loading, often having to close the browser and restart a search, transaction, etc. I have worked from home this past week and have repeatedly had video calls drop/freeze on MS Teams, Zoom and Google Meet. All three give me messages like "your connection is unstable" "your connection is offline", etc. this had happened a couple of months ago. And it was fixed briefly. I reset the router often, the Sky app says service is fine. It's not. Please help

We are also having the same issue. Just checked with Sky and myself by doing it online...says all us fine...but it isn't! Please help...
