Broadband cooling off period
If I want to cancel my Broadband contract within the cooling off period, from what point does the 31 days start running - I assume from when the router/ broadband became live?

Re: Broadband cooling off period
@TDB The cooling off period starts from the day the service is activated.

Re: Broadband cooling off period
Yes it is from the date that it was activated, the process is triggred when the Sky & Openreach network 'see' the ONT and router for the first time.
You will usually get a text message and an email telling you that the service has been activated. The cooling off clock starts then.
I remember the Internet starting!
Sky Full Fibre & Virgin Media XGS-PON, with automatic failover using DrayTek multi WAN router.
Sky Q, which will be sadly missed when they decide to kill it off!
