Thank you, I'll be up early to get it sorted then! That gives me some hope,

I've not really had much luck with broadband providers, when I swapped to the last provider I was still getting charged by the one before because the new provider hadn't told them I had changed over and new provider hadn't even set the internet connection up! I changed over as soon as I could!
