Broadband contact number

Impossible to talk to anyone 

only had Broadband for a week already on second router and still not solid connection.....tests ok when connected but won't test when not connected so cannot prove there's a problem ....called technical support and got told I had a stupid English accent!!!!! I'm going to give up I think

any ideas who I can call ????

UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ leading to a number starting 0333.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ to see a dedicated ROI number. (Customer Services in the ROI are not open at weekends).

The forum filters don’t allow the posting of full phone numbers on here.

Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

Thanks for the speedy response...... I was worried about being told I had a stupid English Accent again is there any way of  speeding up the process of getting through to them ?

Your call will go through to the next available agent wherever they may be based and whenever one is free.

If you're calling you'll need to wait in the queue, there are no short cuts.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
