Keep an eye out for an red and blue chat bubble. When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Hi

 

I noticed in your last post the following:

 

one instance the internet was down, but there were three green lights and the coice LED was orange, I powered down the router and that all re-set ok.

 

It's a problem I had before changing the router to an Asus.  There's a long thread about the problem here:
