Broadband connection

Why is it that everytime i go to the service checker it ALWAYS says there is a problem with my broadband?

I am paying good money for this so called superfast broadband and everytime i go onto the service checker page which at least once a week it always there is a problem, lets fix it. Yes, it does fix it, but i should NOT have to keep doing this.

Why?

@Vikingwarrior63 Why dont you take the next step and call sky for them to take a look at what may be required!
