Broadband connection

I am paying for booster bit my WiFi keeps losing connection upstairs. Do I need extra internal device as I haven't got any?

You're probably paying for 'Broadband Boost': that doesn't include any separate hardware by default.

 

A booster unit can potentially be claimed retrospectively under the terms of the 'WiFi Guarantee'.
