Broadband connection with sky demand- finds network but won't accept password PIN or WPS

Hey world. All other straming services connect and are fine. phone and devices too. Even sky channels. But cannot connect with on demand. Settings and network can see the signal (also sky), but it will not accept the pin, password or WPS. Any ideas?

The issue only seemed to manifest itself when my son plugged in a signal booster box into the router (which we have since removed).
