Broadband connection with limited access on some device ( cannot charge vocal message and picture)

Dear All

since yesterday i have limited internet connection on part of my device

I have the fiber at home and usually the connection is perfect 

please check my broadband connection

Yes and no issues 

The issue is not on my working computer

only on my personal and prof mobile and personal computer

If its only a single device not working & that device is a work laptop then I suggest you contact your IT department as they will need to look at it more closely.

My work laptop is working fortunately 

the 3 other devices are not working
