Broadband connection very slow and frezzing

Broad band keep frezzing 

buffing new broad band too 

frezzing tv 

been like this for days

loads slower than promised for three days

@Mell6 If it's new Sky do say it can take approx ten days for the connection to stabilise fully. If after this you are still not getting the speed promised you need to speak to Sky.
