Broadband connection keeps going off and I'm getting fed up with this

The broadband keeps going off all the time 2nd light flashes 4 light red this happens every day

@JackycWhen the issue happens run the test below to see if it can find an external issue.

 

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
