Broadband connection and delays

We have been trying to get broadband to our new property since March 2024.

There has been delay after delay.

We are unable to move into the property because we work from home and need broadband.  We are currently living in a leaky static caravan in a field with no running water or electricity supply.  We are paying rent for the static and  also council tax for the new property.

We dont know when we shall have broadband connected, we have not been given any dates.  Just excuses after excuses,

We are at our wits ends and really need help with this please

@Flanagan

If that's in the UK rather than RoI then putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which provisioning type is applicable and any associated Openreach notes.

https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome

It's the table and the two text lines below it which are most useful.

Remove any personal information (such as the address itself) if you post an image.

Unfortunately the physical broadband infrastructure provisioning is out of the hands of ISPs because only Openreach (or OpenEIR) can do that.
