Hi, over the past few months I've had issues with my broadband. It either drops for a few hours and comes back or just completely goes. I've had an engineer out to me twice already he fixed the issue which has been in the wiring outside further down the street!
yeaterday I had no internet all day - same this morning, just one red light for the power button, tried resetting, tried unplugging and restarting nothing works. Sky website saying no issues in my area? I'm at the end of my tether with it now surely there's something wrong with my hub? Has anyone had this or can help

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@LaurenCIf the hub is not going past the red power light then sounds like you have a faulty router and will have to contact Sky to get a replacement sent out. Just dial 150 on your landline.
