Broadband checks all showing fine but little to no wifi

WiFi keeps completely dropping or disconnecting from everything in the house or the speed completely drops to nothing which is making working from home a nightmare. I've run all the checks and it's saying everything is working perfectly! Anyone know what I can do? I've reset our box and extender but it's just getting worse and worse
