For the last 3 hours i've been in a loop.
no broadband. Middle router light either out, or flashing yellow. Never green (internet).
for over 20 times, the broadband checker has said the lines fixed. Middle light never goes green. Router always says "disconnected".
ive never had it where the checker says its fixed but its not.
after 30 minutes they cut off the phone call to support, and sent me a weblink saying its fine (its not).
call them back ? Burn the router? What next ?

unfortunately your broadband issue coincided with a major fault which impacted Sky Mobile and an issue with Sky's streaming service so the phone system was in meltdown yesterday.
