Broadband checked ok but phone still works better with WiFi turned off
As per my heading, all the checks coming back as strong and no issue with speed or connection but some sites and apps still take forever to load, I turn wifi off on my phone and it rapidly improves. Any tips? NB: it's not my phone it was the same on my old iPhone, to the point when I swapped it out for an S24 ultra, same issues. Wifi calling for example is awful! Tips most welcome.

Re: Broadband checked ok but phone still works better with WiFi turned off
Every device on the internet has access, and that is via the mobile network or Sky's network. If Sky hasn't given the appropriate access or the network you are accessing, eg: sites via a route then, unfortunately, it is up to each network to permit access via that route or even slow you down.
Security on the internet is paramount, so AI is used to secure networks and confirm the validity of access.
