Broadband booster doesn't seem to make any difference

Just had fibre broadband installed that only works in front of the house. Sky sent me the Max Hub and pod booster. Have installed it all but its no different. Tried various positions for the pod but still no WiFi or signal enough to run our mini box. We don't live in a mansion, just a 2 bed house 😊

@David+Jayne simple explanation your Sky Q mini boxes cannot connect to the pod booster or the hub by WiFi instead they connect to your main Q box. Give Sky a call and request a boister for the Sky Q boxes.

• Thank you so much,  will do that. Have tried everything online. Cannot get any WiFi as soon as we leave the living room 😪
