Broadband boost won’t connect to WiFi

We have x2 broadband boosts. One of them will not connect to the WiFi even after following all the trouble shooting advice.

This means the devices near the boost requiring WiFi aren't working.

Please can you advise asap as we pay for this boost and it hasn't been working now since Monday!

If one has stopped connecting it may be faulty, Sky should be able to issue a replacement
