I have tried all online suggestions unplugged hub disabled shield etc nothing works still can't access octopus energy but only happened recently was ok before

Find out more@dhutt there is no issue between my Sky connection and Octopus Energy so I wonder if the issue could be the IP address Sky have guven your connection? Powering down you hub for an hour should getvyou a different IP4 address and hopefully sort the issue.

Had the hub unplugged for four hours still the same error

Hi. Have you managed to resolve this? I have the same issue and trying the fixes suggested also has not worked.

I had to contact sky have been told to give them 72 hours to fix issue as nothing I tried worked
