Broadband being activate 01/04 but no hub been delivered.
My broadband is being switched from my current provider 02/04.
Openreach are connecting to Sky tomorrow, trouble is my hub isn't being delivered till 03/04!!!!
have rung & told if I cancel I will end up with no internet for 2 wks!!!
current provider told me to speak to Sky..
appalling .. what have I done..?!?!

New hubs are delivered by Royal Mail so unfortunately you're not going to get it on a bank holiday.

There is nothing you can do but wait until the hub turns up on Wednesday. Receieving the hub a date late will not stop it from being activated.

Yup...
so basically 2 days without internet..
Couldve pre empted the bank holiday and sent it out earlier couldn't they seeing as my current broadband service will switch off tomorrow too..🤷♀️
