My broadband over the last month has becoming very unstable. Even when my laptop is hard wired into my laptop the internet drops. This happens nearly every day. My mini sky q box in the upstairs bedroom I have to keep rebooting most mornings as it says no internet reception. You have hard wored another Sky mini q which had same problem. Basically it is becoming very unreliable and thinking at renewal I will move unless this gets sorted please.

My Internet has been so bad the past few weeks but today has been a joke, constantly cutting out since this morning. I use the service checker and its saying everything looks all good? Well it's not.
