Good afternoon
I signed up with Sky for the 55e deal..the package includes Sky, Broadband and Netflix.
Sky satellite dish was installed on Tues 5th July 2022 (last week). No sign of anyone contacting us re the Broadband connection..received the router in the post last week but no contact as to when someone is connecting it!?!... Very difficult to find out what the story is..we were told we had a 14day cooling off period in which we could cancel if not happy..
This cooling off period should start when the whole package has been installed and we are happy with it..
Isn't that right!?..how do I find out when and who is coming to install the broadband?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAre you sure it isnt a remote activation? If the router has been delivered it suggests your broadband is already live. Have you tried plugging it in and connecting it to the phone line or ONT?

Tried to connect on an old phone line but it's not working....

Plugged it in not working what is an ONT?...no live phone line at this house...sky costing to much to ring on hold and far to expensive to stay holding..this is very frustrating..

Posted by a Sky employeeHave you checker your order tracking like suggested above as it will tell you the expected activation date for your internet and if an engineer is expected to connect it or not.
