Broadband and wifi tested ok .. no internet.

Devices are able to connect to wifi. Did a test to check broadband supply. Router has been rebooted.  Some devices find and connect to wifi.   The router test show 0 devices connected.  No Internet  on phones tablets or laptops.

I have tried twice router switched off and started again. Still no devices connected.

Managed to solve with a call to support   but they recommended if it happens again, power down the router for 30 mins  as this will reset something fully, and  should have the same effect as the work they did.
