Broadband and wifi issue

Hi, our broadband and wifi isn't working, there's 2 orange lights on the front of the broadband router under "internet" and "voice" the other 2 lights are green, we have tried resetting multiple times, there's also other people in our village who's wifi and broadband isn't working. I've done the broadband and wifi checker on MySky app but it's saying everything looks good so unsure what's going on, thank you

That's exactly what is happening to my sky broadband two green lights to orange lights done multiple tests and reset. I still have them.
