Broadband and therefore sky glass issues

We are having many, ongoing problems with our broadband cutting out (middle light on hub going orange) and, since we have sky glass, this is affecting the tv in a really significant way. The service we are receiving at the moment is substandard and not worth what we are paying. Please can someone look into the ongoing issues and I would also like some form of compensation as we are paying the full amount for less than the full amount of service.

kind regards,

Paul Flynn

@PaulF75 You are not contacting Sky support here, the forum is manned mainly by fellow customers.

If your having ongoing issues and the service status shows no known issues you will have to call Sky and report the issue.

The only compensation you would be potentially eligible for is the OfCom automatic compensation scheme for broadband, that only starts after 2 working days of complete loss of service and you must have reported the fault.
